THE GOAT ARGUMENT
It is the question in every sports. However, given the singular nature of tennis and with every generation producing deep talent in both the ladies and gentlemen's game, the question seems even more relevant. Or is it? How can this question be answered fairly given the fact that the sport and technology has changed so much? Well, here you can let your voices be heard on the relevance of the argument. Let the volley begin!
Just ask the French! They love a good struggle. "The struggle itself toward the heights is enough to fill a man’s heart." wrote Albert Camus. Their unconditional love for the underdog is only as great as the deafening levels of their chants and serenades. What are the depths of your devotion? Who really gets behind you when the going gets tough?
Now here is something that I am quite passionate about in the game of tennis - One-handed or double-handed grip? Call me nostalgic! Call me gone with the wind! Even call me later alligator! The beauty of the one handed backhand, or forehand is unparalleled. What say you 'ol cap?
